Carly Waisglass (she/her) is an associate at Steinecke Maciura LeBlanc, practising in all areas of professional regulatory law.
Carly has appeared before numerous tribunals, adjudicative bodies and levels of court in Ontario involving administrative and disciplinary proceedings. She has both prosecuted and defended regulated individuals, providing her with a unique set of skills in oral and written advocacy.
In addition to litigation, Carly provides comprehensive legal advice to regulators on a wide variety of professional discipline, governance, administrative and regulatory matters.
Carly earned her law degree from the University of Windsor, where she acted as a Peer Mentor and Summer Student Ambassador to prospective and current law students. Prior to law school, Carly obtained a Bachelor of Social Work degree, with distinction, from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), where she also served as Social Justice Chair on a student committee.
Beyond the workplace, Carly enjoys singing, reading, and immersing herself in nature.
